Kalite Kontrol Mühendisi

- Engineering degree
- Fluent  English and ( Italian is preferreble for second language)
- Min 2 years of experience in related field, preferable in OEM or Tier1  suppliers in Automotive Industry
- Having experience in a sub-supplier to Tofaş or Italian OEM’s is an asset
- Knowledge of ISO 16949, FMEA, PPAP , 8D , MSA (GR&R), SPC  and preferable 5why Fish bone, 6Sigma problem solving    methodologies
- Teamwork oriented, ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with diverse groups and cross functional teams
- Strong analytical ability
- No travel restriction

İŞ TANIMI

- To understand customer requirement/expectations and coordinate all customer relations
- Leading problem solving activities and the improvement teams based on FTQ and customer complaint results
- Being the link with the customer support team, supplier quality development and product engineering team in the plant
- Training and implementation of Delphi and customer specific quality measurement
- Quality information reporting and analysis
- Developing and implementing improvement plans and monitor effectiveness
- Being part of the PDP team to assure all quality deliverable for new business, model changes and business transfers (plant related)
- Controlling part approval documentation (PPAP)
