Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Experience with accounting and facilities management software OPERA
• Excellent math skills
• Good problem-solving skills
• The ability to multitask
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Availability to work overnight

Job Description:

• Exhibits maximum care to adhere to the principles and policies of Bobo By The Stay while performing duties.Checks out guest at end of stay.  Ascertains guest satisfaction, collects keys, posts late charges and presents bill to guest.  Settles bill accurately through credit card or cash transaction.
• Acts in accordance with the regulations of Bobo By The Stay while performing duties.Anticipate up-selling opportunities, encouraging our guests to use the hotel facilities for their enjoyment
• Ensure that both the front office manager and supervisor are kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests and, or, other departments
• Checks cash, credit card payments, and currency exchanges at the beginning and end of the shift for cash register control.
• Handles guest reception, confirmation of reservation details/documents and credit status, registration, and completion of check-in procedures.
• Addresses all guest relations with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, fulfilling special requests whenever possible. Responds to all guest inquiries accurately and promptly. Interaction with guests should be both face-to-face and via phone.
• Completes guest check-out procedures, prepares the invoice, and processes the payment.
• Reviews all transactions made throughout the day, identifies and corrects errors.
• Executes the Night operation through Opera after the night operation concludes.
• Prepares and checks all necessary reports, sharing them with the relevant departments and managers.
• Maintains the front office area clean and organized at all times.
• Pays attention to daily grooming, hygiene, and maintains a professional image while in proper uniform.
