Purchasing Specialist

Job Description:

• Execution of domestic and foreign supplier selection, cost analysis and procurement contracts of serial production parts. 
• Management of the material procurement process at the time of commissioning of new projects/products.
• Investigation of new and alternative suppliers.
• Compare and select the optimum supplier and offer considering price, quality and logistics.
• Data / cost analysis to ensure that purchases are made in an efficient manner.
• Follow-up supplier payments, arrange the cash flow and payment terms.
• Follow-up of supplier performances.
• Making price controls of purchased materials.
• Preparing monthly budget requirement.
• Providing support for stock management and provision of defective materials,
• Realization of domestic and foreign reporting operations.
• Closely cooperating with engineering and quality departments to ensure the quality of purchased components.

Qualifications:

• Being Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial or Material Engineer or alternatively graduate of Business Administration or similar branches of social sciences with sufficient purchasing experience. 
• Having English and/or Russian Knowledge (Fluency is needed to be part of the global engineering team).
• Having good Computer Skills.
• Having good communication and negotiation skills.
• Being interested in market searching, technology, manufacturing processes.
• Machine Manufacturing Industry or Tool & Equipment Engineering Experience is a plus.
• Having experience of price / cost analysis, contract preparation and evaluation.
• Having experience of ERP programs.

We are looking for a teammate who will work as a "Purchasing Specialist" to be assigned to DEZEGA SP.

DEZEGA is a world designer and manufacturer of breathing equipment with a closed circuit. It produces breathing apparatus on chemically bound and compressed oxygen for mine rescue teams, for escape of miners and workers, for escape of civilians in case of fire and smoke. Nowadays DEZEGA products are being used in more than 50 countries. Over 500 thousand self-rescuers are guarding miners worldwide this very moment.
