Our client is one of the leading producer and exporter of feldspar, quartz, kaolin, ball clay, bentonite, halloysite, zinc and lead concentrate in Turkey, which  was founded in 1978 with the purpose of supplying raw materials for ceramic sector. Since its foundation, the company has expanded its operations by adding metallic minerals production to its business lines. Now we are looking for “SENIOR TRAINING SPECIALIST” candidates who have  the qualifications that are mentioned below.

• University or master’s degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the areas of job description mentioned  below
• Fluency in English
• Good command of MS Office programmes
• Having no obstacle to travel
• No military obligations for male candidates
• Reside or willingness to reside in Asian part of Istanbul

İŞ TANIMI

• Implementation and improvements on the training development programmes
• Maintenance of the relationships with the outer training firms
• Analysis of the training needs, management of the planning and implementation of the new training programmes
• Having an active role on employee engagement operations
• Planning and follow up of the occupational training schedule of the head and region offices
• Planning and implementation of blue-collar employees’ training operations according to the related legislations
• Implementation,development, and follow up of the training processes of regions
• Researches,analysis,impovement,reporting,presentations, and communication processes of her/his responsibility area
