JOB DESCRIPTION

Provide technical support to the factory, field personnel, customers, customer relations, dealers, and sister companies, and keep track of and record it.

Provide instant responses to technical inquiries from customers about their processes, and keep track of and record them.

Review the report of opened/closed service records, direct the necessary action steps, and take action.

Investigate recurring faults identified in the field, conduct on-site tests concerning processes,

Conduct process analysis for inquiries and inspection requests from customers, and prepare customer visit reports.

Instantly investigate customer problems, implement the necessary procedures by informing relevant departments.

Prepare process flowcharts and root knowledge documents.

Conduct commissioning remotely and on-site and provide training to customers thereafter.

Participate in trade shows and promotional activities.

Tracking the records of test equipment and following up their conditions.

Tracking the test of the product samples, taken from the site, preparing their reports.
