To support our growth in Advisory services, we are now looking for talented and enthusiastic Consultants or Senior Consultants to join our Strategy team in Istanbul.

Working as part of our dedicated Strategy team, you will have the opportunity to offer strategic advice on business and operating models across the economic cycle from both an organic and a transaction perspective. Our clients are typically private equity investors, large corporate or institutions that value our fresh industry insights, market experience and technical skills to create growth strategies, new business models and business plans, and deal with financial challenges, as well as our M&A advice through the deal cycle.

The qualified individuals should possess the following skills and expertise:
·        University degree from a reputable university in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related fields; a Masters degree/MBA will be a plus
·        2 to 6 years of work experience, including market and financial anaysis experience
·        Experience in strategy advisory or other relevant areas such as management consulting, business development, strategic marketing or M&A (top tier management consulting or advisory roles in BigFour is preferred)
·        Ability to research and assess critical data and information to support business solutions
·        Strong team-work ethic and ability to work as part of versatile teams
·        Excellent communication and presentation skills
·        A strong sense of responsibility and a desire for continuous learning
·        Energetic, self-motivated and result-oriented
·        Proven international exposure and experience (academic/Professional)
·        Fluent in Turkish and English, both oral and written
·        High level of proficiency with MS Office applications

İŞ TANIMI

• Conducting market and competition analysis as well as developing market entry, growth and distribution strategies (Growth Strategy)
• Prepare and implement transaction strategies for acquisitions, carve-outs, joint venture and integration concepts; analyse business models for commercial due diligence projects, including screening of acquisitions (Deal Strategy)
• Taking part in or leading project teams in problem solving, executing upon analysis, scoping, planning and managing the execution of client deliverables
• Contributing to the development of more junior staff
• Developing pitches and internal presentations
• Support in building and maintaining client relationships
