We are searching for a new employee located in Kocaeli in the position of:
Service Technician
Your responsibilities:
- Initial commissioning, repair and maintenance for installed robots and robotic systems
- Provide technical support for customers
- Hotline and on-call service
- Installation of robot software and programs
- Able to work independently and also as a team
- To be proactive to support customers needs
- Ensuring professional communication with customers
- Able to work within deadlines and under pressure
