QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
LangYüzer Holding, dünyanın farklı ülkelerindeki artan servis yerleşkeleri, İzmit, Çerkezköy ve Almanya'daki fabrikalarıyla lastik sektörü başta olmak üzere tüm sektörlere kuru buz ile temizlik hizmetleri vermektedir. Temizlik hizmetlerinde kullanılan makinelerin, robotların ve geliştirilmesi planlanan ileri teknoloji ürünleri için Ekonomi ve Sanayi Bakanlığı teşviki ile LangYüzer Otomotiv A.Ş bünyesinde kurulan yeni ARGE merkezinde, üretim, ürün geliştirme ve bakım&servis bölümlerinde istihdam edilecek yetenekli, tecrübeli çalışma arkadaşları arıyoruz.

| Professional competences | Solid Background in Mechanics of Materials and Mechanical Design Principles |
| Professional with at least one of the mechanical design softwares (Creo or other softwares). | |
| Familiarity with Manufacturing and Inspection Processes (milling, turning, welding, braze etc.), | |
| Ability to conduct benchmarking analysis | |
| 2 years relevant experience in product design and development with a solid understanding of the product lifecycle. | |
| Experience in manufacturing and assembly processes, particularly those of machining parts and assemblies. | |
| Demonstrated hands-on experience with Design Control procedures (DFSS etc). | |
| Experience in a Phase-Gate development process. | |
| Experience directly applying DOE, statistical methods, and GD&T. | |
| Complete understanding of technical principles, theories and concepts in the field of product development. General knowledge of related disciplines. | |
| Understanding of CAE tools (FEA, CFD, etc.) | |
| Knowledge of statistical methods and analysis. | |
| Demonstrated knowledge of applied mechanical engineering in product design and evaluation. | |
| Strong aptitude for hands-on engineering testing and experimentation in a lab/shop environment. | |
| Disciplined and well-organized in documentation (plans, requirements,technical drawings, design reviews, and test methods). | |
| Experienced in project management | |
| Working safely and complying with the company’s health, safety and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures. | |
| Experience working with cross functional, multicultural teams globally. | |
| Preferably working knowledge of common and specialty engineering materials | |
| Possess excellent time management skills. Be able to take the initiative to meet deadlines and the ability to prioritize workload with minimal supervision in a team environment. | |

İŞ TANIMI
| Main areas of responsibility | Contributes as a team member on development projects carrying out assigned responsibilities in a timely, diligent, safe, and professional manner. May act as a project leader. |
| Design and develop product improvements on current product categories | |
| Develop engineering B.O.M.’s | |
| May assist with development of manufacturing, assembly, and fabrication processes | |
| Confers with engineering and technical personnel regarding manufacturing and testing of prototype systems, and modifies design as required. | |
| Documentation of engineering drawings, revision history, etc. using PLM (ECO, ECR) (follow good drafting standards, geometric tolerances, etc. | |
| Present design concepts to Engineering, Marketing, and Sales through sketches, renderings, models, controlled drawings and reports. | |
| Provide engineering support by answering questions and requests from sales & marketing personnel in the field | |
| Help determine the practicality of the solutions and feasibility relative to performance, cost, and schedule | |
| Determine best convenient and costly benefit material for the designs | |
| Attend & support tear down and competitive product analysis studies | |
| Prepare product costed BOMs and required financial productivity sheets | |
| Support process team on manufacturing problems within pre-serial , serial and post-serial production | |
| Set up meetings through technical problem solving on quality or supplier sourced problems | |
| Set up PFMEA and DFMEA team meetings and track action items | |
| Applies Design to Cost and Design for Manufacturability methods to support project leader in achievement of project objectives. | |
| Delivery of projects and tasks assigned to him / her by the management |
