Sales and Marketing Manager
Our company is a leader in its sector, trading raw marble blocks.   We act as an intermediary between foreign buyers and domestic quarries.   We are searching for a qualified candidate to join our energetic team as Marketing and Sales Manager.
Job description:
• Coordination of block marble purchasing and sales teams
• Identification of new operational and prospecting quarries which may become suppliers for our clients; establishment of relationships with these quarry owners and managers to initiate active trade for our customers.
• Identification of new sales channels and export customers, coordination of the team to initiate and develop these relationships.
• Follow-up with existing customers and quarry owners with domestic including participation in frequent international visits to increase trade volume
• Development of creative activities to increase sales
• Tracking of sales and collections through accounting department, reporting to senior management
• Coordination, with support from the operations team, of export operations; preparation of documents and ensuring timely shipments
• Representing the company at home and abroad
• Reporting on a regular basis the Company’s activities and positions to senior management
General qualifications
• Work experience for at least 10 years (at least 3 years at managerial level)
• Preferably experienced in export business
• Goal oriented
• Good at team work and enjoys multicultural environments
• Dynamic, follow up and solution oriented, systematic and principled
• Excellent communication and social skills
• University degree
• Proficiency in English language
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Available for domestic and international travel
• Between the ages of 35 and 45
• Military duty completed for male candidates
• Good command of English
