Quality Control Engineer

We are looking for a Customer Inspection for our plant located in İzmir - Bergama. 

• Bachelor's degree in related Engineering Departments
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 systems in general
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient skills in written and spoken Turkish and English
• Have a pragmatic approach
• Well-organized, self-driven person, who is able to work independently in a multi-cultural team
• Able to work in shifts

İŞ TANIMI

Your main tasks will be

• Spend at least 60% of each day perform final firewall inspections for approved blades and inventory blades in the yard.
• Perform firewall inspection after Quality Controllers and provide advice on rework activities.
• Ensure that all inspection work is conducted in accordance with acceptance criteria and firewall requirements.
• Ensure blade delivery where no defect escape the firewall inspection
• Accompany customers and inspect blades together and confirm findings during customer inspection/audit.
• Ensure that all product inspection results are recorded in inspection list documentation
• Ensure the integrity of the quality data including Quality Change Requests (QCR’s) and Inspection Lists (IL) etc
• Handle blade non conformity identified by customers.
• Help to perform route cause analysis in production in order to fix issues identified.
• Feedback information to production based on lessons leant e.g. quality alerts..
• Identify near miss & unsafe conditions + act & report to immediate supervisor.
• Support continuous improvement activities.
• Support training activities regarding defects and repair methods.

You will work out of our new factory in Bergama.
