QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

MAPFRE Sigorta is one of the strongest and most reliable companies in the sector thanks to its experience of more than 60 years, its international power and its extensive professional agency network, which provides services in all insurance branches and thanks to its extensive residence capacity, financial power, looking for  'DIGITAL ANALYTICS SPECIALIST' in the Head Office in İstanbul.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related fields (preferably in Marketing, Management, Statistics or Economics),
  • Knowledge in PPC and Google Analytics,
  • Good command of written and verbal English,
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office (especially Excel),
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to work to deadlines,
  • HTML skills is preferable,
  • Experience with SalesForce product range and SAS knowledge will be valued,
  • Experience in insurance will be valued.


İŞ TANIMI

  • Collect sales data and trends and evaluate performance measured against given KPI’s,
  • Coordinate and collect data for all internal sources (Google Analytics, Contact Center, Social DSP, etc.),
  • Perform data analysis to support business development by proposing relevant changesso as to improve online channel investments for all digital users (ie, providing an insight about a marketing campaign for cross-selling/up-selling/re-selling a product to a specific target audience),
  • Analyzes end-to-end customer journeys to enhance in the defined metrics for portfolio (ie. combined ratio, retention rate) for all digital clients,
  • Researches quantitative market trends of competing products and offers reasonable responses to market,
  • Develop metrics and generate reports to demonstrate performance of the various platforms,
  • Conduct data audits to identify tracking gaps/inconsistencies and solve for custom technical implementation need,
  • Create custom events to track business processes and recommend fixes to technical teams.
