QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Marks & Spencer is a prestigious innovative company in fashion industry serving its customers over 900 stores within 45 countries and 43 stores within Turkey.
In Turkey, Fiba Holding has the franchisee rights of Marks & Spencer since 1999. As a result of a lucrative operations and management style in Turkey, Fiba Retail Group merited the franchise rights of Marks & Spencer Russia and Marks & Spencer Ukraine. Currently, Fiba operates more than 80 Marks & Spencer stores in these countries. As one of the leading retailers, we treasure the significance of our business intellegence strategies that has an enormous impact on our company’s success and growth.
We are looking for a high caliber member to join us as a 'Planning Assistant Specialist' in our Head Office within the following qualifications:

We are looking for a high caliber member to join us as a 'Planning Assistant Specialist' in our Head Office within the following qualifications:
- Bachelor degree from a reputable university preferably in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, etc.
- Preferably 1-2 years of related job experience,
- Excellent command of English,
- Proficiency in MS Office applications,
- Strong analyzing and problem solving skills.
İŞ TANIMI
- Creates and modifies necessary report templates based on the requirements,
- Prepares and adjusts weekly reports pack for FIBA Retail brands,
- Analyzes and reports promotion activity effects on sales quantity, value and margin,
- Supplies and analyzes seasonal sales performance reports for management and merchandising teams,
- Prepares supporting files for annual budgeting process, implements necessary analysis and participates in preparation of sales & margin estimates,
- Follows up actual sales and margin results versus budget and last year and gives information to superior,
- Monitors seasonal buy by working closely with merchandising team and gives feedback to superior in case of any unusual situations occurring versus buying budget.

Less than 10 years of experience
