• Coordinate and supervise operations and sales staff in new office with the support of Country Manager
• Open new customer accounts within assigned areas in all Turkey territory
• Keep existing customer accounts
• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Visit customers, prospect, and make the appropriate business trips around the assigned areas in all Turkey region.
• Represent the company in exhibitions and trade fairs (as a visitor or exhibitor)
• Carry out follow up for contacts
• Be in charge of sales quotes and its follow up
• Fill in the CRM (Sales Force Manager) with all your commercials efforts
• Carry out market research activities
• Track purchasing orders from customers
• Supervise operations activities
• Other sales related tasks

Aradığımız Profil

• Technical background in industrial manufacturing products
• Engineering or Science background
• Preferably experience in a commercial environment providing good customer service (4 main divisions: electric motor manufacturers, machinery, biotechnology, food and pharma industry.
• Experience in technical B2B sales of industrial products or services
• Good negotiation and communication skills, both written and spoken
• Fluency in English level (Written & spoken)
• Ability to work in an international environment
• High level of presentation skills
