QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

In our growing organizational structure, we are looking for an "Export Operations Specialist" who can take an active role in Export Operation processes.

Qualifications

• Graduated from related departments of Universities, 
• Fluent in English (Must)... Spanish or French preferably
• Able to use MS Office programs effectively, 
• Preferably who has experience in Jewelry sector and familiar with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, 
• High communication skills, 
• Inclined to team work, 
• Able to keep up with the intense work tempo, 
• Lives in Istanbul European side,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

Job description

• To carry out all kinds of operational processes by providing the necessary communication with the warehouse, factory, subsidiary and customers, 
• Reporting and archiving by controlling the completed transactions, 
• Entering the incoming orders into the system, following up, ensuring coordination with production and planning, carrying out the loading organization, 
• Analyze the market and the needs of the customers and expand the business,
• Recognize customer needs and requirements and respond to them with appropriate solutions,
• Building and maintaining working relationships with existing clients,
• Searching new business opportunities as well as maintaining and supporting existing activities,
• Reporting ongoing activities and monitoring monthly sales data to the management,
