QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an Invoice Control Executive to join our Accounting Team in Türkiye. This role will report to the Hotel Payments Manager and will support the process of Invoicing, Early Booking & Payments to suppliers. The ideal candidate should have experience in the travel industry and accounting have business ethics and discipline and be a good team player for our Türkiye office in Antalya.

 Main Responsibilities

• Checking and accounting accommodation invoices.
• Price analysis and control.
• Early booking and current account reconciliation.
• Payment Plan monthly.

Requirements

• Experience in accounting and invoice control in the Tourism sector.
• Experience in contract reading and analyzing.
• Good command of written and verbal English.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability of business follow-up and finalization.
• Open-minded to changes and new approaches, and open to self-improvement.
• Calculating, analytical thinker, and detail-oriented.
