Finance Manager

• University degree or comparable qualification in Finance (important is knowledge and highly understanding of commercial & financial aspects)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in  controlling/ finance management position
• Proficiency in MS office applications and ERP systems (preferably Logo and SAP)
• Fluent in business English (verbal and written); second language German is a plus
• Has completed military service (for male candidates)
• Very good communication and presentation skills
• The ability to work as part of a cross functional and multinational team and to build strong working relationships

İŞ TANIMI

• Support the entire sales organization in line with the long-term vision, mission, values and objectives defined by the Global Management
• Preparing annual financial statement
• IFRS Reporting
• Controlling and approving of all relevant tax declarations
• Managing a company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems
• Managing relationships with the banks and other financial, tax institutions
• Managing outsourced accounting / bookkeeping partner
• Monitoring and interpreting cash flow
• Preparing and managing budgets and business plans
• Developing financial management mechanisms that minimise financial risk
• Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
• Liaising with auditors, managerial staff and other colleagues
• Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines, Support the HQ with the monthly/yearly Financial Report consolidation
• Work on analysis and explanations of Company results
• Follow-up financials and commercial agreements with customers
• Keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation
• Interpret the company´s financial results to management and recommend improvement activities
