QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- University degree in Engineering,
- 2-3 years of experience preferably in Quality Assurance departments of multinational companies,
- Perfect command of English,
- Good command of MS Office applications,
- Good at problem solving, priority setting, communication and conflict management,
- Completed or deferred (at least 2 years) military service (For male candidates).
The incumbent of this position will be responsible for:
- Plan, organize internal (PMI Quality, EHS systems & KPIs and external (ISO system standards; ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001) management system audits within Cluster. Lead/Participate Cluster factory, TPM and supplier audits and report/follow-up the recommended actions related to PMI Quality system and ISO 9001 standard requirements. Follow up auditor pools in Cluster and ensure new comers are in the pool for future.
- Manage integrated Cluster documentation system, ensure that the IMS (Integrated Management System) system is in line with PMI requirements and ISO & OHSAS standards. Follow up and supply all requirements to Cluster affiliates for Integrated Cluster certification on ISO 9001 system. Maintain internal/external audit reports, follow up through implementation of all Corrective Actions resulting from internal / external audit findings related to PMI Quality System and ISO 9001 standard.
- Ensure that PMI Quality System and ISO 9001 implemented properly at Philsa and maintaining effectively. Manage CAPAIA system at Philsa and ensure proper usages are in place at all levels at Philsa operation. Management of Calibration process of all equipments.
- Analyse and identify the most frequent customer complaints, quality defects / problems and causes. Recommend and coordinate process improvements, initiative and follow up the implementation of corrective actions and problem resolutions, to ensure they have worked effectively, to bring overall product and productivity improvements. Provide report, inform Management and related departments according to the stated customer complaints in order to start the corrective actions on product quality performance.
