Profil International

•  Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities in Business or Finance field, preferably coupled with a master degree.
•  Minimum 10 years management experience in finance departments.
•  Excellent skills of communication and negotiation.
•  Presentable, highly motivated, dynamic.
•  Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical thinking skills.
•  Excellent command of English both written and spoken.
•  Customer-oriented approach and  having intercultural sensitivity.
•  Basic level SAP knowledge required, advanced level preferred.
•  SMMM or CPM designation is required.
•  USGAAP knowledge required.
•  Experience of a multinational company is a plus.
•  No military obligation for male candidates.

İŞ TANIMI

•  Develop Finance Management’s strategies and performance targets alignment with Finance Directorate’s strategies.
•  Implement well established procedures to increase overall productivity and efficiency.
•  Establish and manage invoicing process effectively to increase on time delivery and accuracy.
•  Monitor and analyze to enhance workforce productivity, measuring the results of the plans to increase workforce capability.  
•  To take active role in financial processes like month and year closing to ensure healthy functioning of the department.
•  Forecasting sales amount every month and keeping necessary data to support other team members.
•  Conduct receivables process in order to ensure on time cash collection of the company.
•  Lead and support other team members in various financial projects.
