Sales Support Officer

As Sabaf SpA, the World leader in the development and production of gas components for domestic cooking appliances, we are looking for “Sales Support Officer” for our plant located in Manisa O.S.B.

QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade or other related fields,
• Having  a good command of English both written and spoken is a must,
• 1 year experience in the similar position is an advantage,
  
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs,
• Good knowledge of SAP is an advantage 
• Following the daily work in a dynamic and effective way,
  
• Having interpersonal communication skills and result oriented approach.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Following all order procedures from order receipt to invoice issuing, for both Turkish and export customers. 
  
• Preparing proforma invoices, sales orders, sending samples, invoices, organizing deliveries. 
• Cooperating with other departments to ensure cross-functional involvement in Sales Operations process.
