We are looking for a new opretive level team member who will be responsible from our quality department in our production plant located in Gaziemir/İzmir

• Bachelor degree on industrial engineering, industrial design or any related department which would provide an infrastructure to organize quality matters in furniture industry.
• Proficient Italian or English Language Skills (Italian is an advantage)
• Good command in Microsoft Office Softwares (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Preferably experience on quality or furniture industry.
• Mediation and team work skills
• Ability to handle cases with specific deadlines, perform duties under time pressure
• Knowledge on ISO documentation processes
• No relation with military service for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

• to dedect defects of items
• to create daily, weekly and monthly reports regarding defects,
• to create web of communication with different units of production and to prepare required trainings in order to prevent defects to be repeated,
• to take preventive and pre-emptive measurements in order to increase quality
• to assist C.E.O. during his visit to manufacturing departments in factory and to translate communication between him and employees
