Automotive Production Automation Expert (BURSA)

We are looking for an Automotive Production Automation Specialist to work on project in Bursa:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Electronic Mechatronic Engineering
• Automotive Field Experience,
• Strong automation system knowledge (PAS),
• Competence in automation of automotive sector
• 3 years of experience within a high-volume manufacturing production environment relevant to the position or product integrator experience plus Associate’s degree in related technical field
• Experienced and able to control PLC systems,
• Knowledge of one of main global automotive producer's systems,
• Experience troubleshooting industrial controls and robots which requires strong knowledge in both electrical and mechanical systems
• Experience in PLC programming and debugging (Modifying PLC, IHM, ROBOT, VISION, RFID)
• Robotics experience is a plus (Making robot paths ABB, KUKA,FANUC etc)
• Strong team player and leader,
• Fluent in English,
• Technical French vocabulary is asset .

İŞ TANIMI

As well as the listed responsibilities below;

• Control all the Project documents (electrical schema, plc program, analysis function,..) of the sub-contractor before each etape of the projects and prepare a list for share with service maintenance and service method.
• Work with associates of all levels including directors, managers, engineers, machine operators, quality technicians, line supervisors, and maintenance technicians
• Control of equipment provided by supplier,
• Organization and optimization of the workflow,
• Set-up, control and revision of the Assembly Line,
• Provide technical feedback and reports on the Assembly Line,
• Organize and participate in technical meetings.
