QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate:
- Newly graduate or 4th year students from social sciences or relevant departments
- Work for 5 days a week
- Candidate should be ready to work as a contractor for min. 6, Max. 12 months and to start immediately.
- Excellent command of English and MS Office Applications
- Ability to work co-operatively, assisting all levels of staff in HR department
- Strong planning and organizational skills and hardworking personality and eager to learn
- Recruitment internship is a plus

- CV screening for current vacancies,
- Conducting phone interviews,
- Organising face-to-face interviews,
- Sending online tests to candidates,
- Reference check for positive candidates,
- Keeping candidate reports on company database,
- Coordinating and following up the operational processes.
