QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Originally founded in 1892 as a small workshop in Horgen / Zurich, Stäubli today is an international Group with its head office in Pfäffikon, Switzerland.
Within our increasing business scope in Turkey, we are seeking for qualified young engineers for “Technical Sales Engineer” position in our Robotics Division in Bursa Area. The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:
- University degree in Electronics/Electrical, Control or Mechatronics Engineering or similar from a reputable university
- With solid technical background
- 2-3 years sales experience preferably in manufacturing automation or field service, or equivalent co-education is an asset. Robotics sales and/or project experience is a definite plus!
- Well organized with good written and verbal communications skills.
- Experience with IT tools (Microsoft PP, Excel, Word, CRM softwares etc.)
- Must possess excellent customer relation's skills.
- Result oriented and long term determination
- Very good command of English and second language(German,French etc.) would be a plus.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and active driver
- Based in Bursa and candidate should live in Bursa Area.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
- Military service must be completed for male candidates.
İŞ TANIMI
- Will work as a sales minded engineering specialist who will provide customers a comprehensive consulting and project planning assistance in close cooperation with the integrators/end users for Stäubli robotics product portfolio.
- Find new customers, submit presentations on customer visits and expand customer portfolio in the responsible segment/area
- Increase awareness, market share and presence in Turkey
- Build and maintain strong relations with the customers and the integrators. Evaluate customer needs and provide in-depth technical support.
- Work in close cooperation with the sales support department to provide complementary support for customer requirements.
- Define and achieve the sales budget in the responsible area
- Definition/organization and following up of business development and marketing activities (exhibition,workshop etc.) related to the defined market segments in the business plan together with the sales management and business development team.
- Daily reporting of the activities in CRM
- Weekly reporting of the activities to the management
- Quarterly sales reporting to the sales manager, sales and business development team
- Participating and presenting company solutions products in various events (trade shows, seminars, in-house org. etc.)
