• Minimum 2 years of previous experience in same position in International Hotels
• Graduation from a reputable University in the fields Tourism Management and/or Administrative Sciences
• Native Turkish, very fluent English are required. Third language would be an asset
• Strong Team Management and Coaching skills
• Outgoing personality and very good communication skills
• Availability to work for flexible hours and travel minimum 25% of his/her schedule
• Military service should be completed for male candidates. 

İŞ TANIMI

• To assist DOSM to establish programs and direct efforts to achieve group and FIT room nights goals based on market segmentation and budget and to develop ongoing relationships with customers
• Monitor sales production and adjust sales activities, account coverage and sales priorities as necessary to achieve planned goals
• Assist DOSM to establish account qualifications criteria and use market research to identify priority markets and accounts; assign sales to assure coverage of all major markets
• Monitor weekly activity of sales managers and ensure sales team is maximizing use of resources to penetrate new accounts and secure old accounts
• To assist DOSM to develop annual sales department budget and execute the sales programs and activities within it
• Assist DOSM in recruiting, training and motivating Sales Department personnel to achieve sales goals
