Nova Fashion Group is the leading apparel manufacturing group of Turkey. We produce and source high quality men’s and women’s garments for international markets. Parallel to our export business for global brands, we own multiple brands under our portfolio, serving different consumers.

All together we have extensive needs for design and product development for our group companies.

We are looking for designers and product developers to join our team,  covering knitwear (tricot), jersey and woven products across ladies and mens ranges.

Ideally, we would be looking for a minimum of 5 years experience in the above mentioned areas and a bachelor’s degree of design. The candidates must be able to visit our supply chain of garment producers as well as fabric and yarn mills to follow up and make selections relevant to our clients’ requests. Afterwards their job is to design and develop garments in the direction of client brand moods, and present it together with the merchandising team.

Strong Multi-task skills are essential for this position as it requires fabrics sourcing, product design&development, presentation to client and frequent travels to foreign countries.
