·         University degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Automotive Engineering
·         Minimum 1 year experience in automotive industry
·         Good level of technical drawing and geometrical tolerancing understanding
·         Work experience in Welding/ Metal/ Press processes
·         CATIA V5 knowladge will be an asset
·         Good knowledge of MS Office applications
·         Excellent command of English both written & spoken
·         Positive attitude and target oriented approach
·         Able to think analytically
·         Proactive
·         Driving license with experience
·         Aged below 30
·         Completed military service
·         Able to travel abroad (Japan and Europe )
·         Living or able to live in Sakarya or İzmit

İŞ TANIMI

·         Preparing part inspection standards and designing suitable checking gauges for new parts and preparing mass production quality control instructions, organizing mass production quality control activities.
·         Fulfil SQAM (APQP) steps both at customer side and supplier side
·         Verifying the accuracy or performance of the product at trial productions
·         Performing problem solving activities
·         Contributing to the project preparation activities
·         Working closely with related departments ( Quality Control, Project, Manufacturing, Purchasing, ...etc.) to achive quality targets
·         Participating FMEA ( Both design and production ) activities as a main member
