QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job description

To assist the manager of the Engineering and Chemical Processes Departament in achieving all of his determined functions
To programme, supply, receive, store and account for all chemical products used in production formulations
To control the acceptance or rejection of all chemicals according to the control plan
To participate directly in the matrix teams during the launch of new projects
To develop new formulations for compliance with respective functional specifications if new projects requeire it
To try and to develop new products in the laboratory of Engineering of Chemical Product or in house of the supplier
To realize the follow-up and implantation of new proven/developed products in the laboratory once put in march, production or proven prototypes
To realize tests with new products to improve or to make the existing formulations more economic
To take part directly in new developments as well as in the application of new technologies
To take part directly before any problem related to the chemical part arisen in production
To calibrate his own instruments of measurement, inspection and test
To control and to manage the prices of formulations
To update and to check the necessary documentation relating to the chemical product: safety cards, specification sheets, specifications of sale...
To manage the non-conformities
To validate the chemical residue generated in the company
To realize the follow-up and control of prohibited substances
To coordinate the tasks of the preparers of components
To assume the Politics of Labor Risks’ Prevention of the company as a management tool of the human means and materials of his area of responsibility
