ÜRETİM SEKTÖRÜNÜN LİDER FİRMASI

• A related legal degree from a reputable university in Turkey or abroad,
• Minimum 10+ years of experience on legal affairs specifically on international commerce, business laws, company laws, employment law, intellectually property law, competition law, law of obligations, damages law, sale of goods, real estate law , regulatory affairs, stock market regulations & banks
• Proficiency in English is a must,
• Good team player, detail oriented, having developed problem solving skills
• Change initiation, execution and quick adaptation skills,
• Advance knowledge of MS Office applications,
• Strong analytical skills, result oriented personality,
• For male candidates completion of military service,
• The role will be based in Antalya.

İŞ TANIMI

• Directly reporting to the President & Group CEO
• Management of legal aspects of groups commercial, industrial and financial activities including but not limited to international commerce, business laws, company laws, employment law, intellectually property law, competition law, law of obligations, damages law, sale of goods, real estate law , regulatory affairs, stock market regulations & banks
• Assessment and mitigation of Groups legal risks on a global scale
• Legal consultancy and execution on new company development, shareholding agreements, charters, share purchase agreements etc.
• Legal verification and counselling on any agreements concerning Groups activities
• Representation of Group on legal disputes/lawsuits and providing advocacy service and/or procurement of relevant legal services
• Preparing necessary legal opinions needed by the Group to conduct its activities
