QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Graduate from Faculty of Law.
At least 5 year experience preferably in Contracts, Commercial Law, Consumer Protection Law, Turkish General Obligations Law
Fluent English
Technical / Professional Expertise: Creative Problem Solving, Ownership & Drive, Planning &Organizing

We are seeking a Contract Management Executive with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to Contract Management Senior Manager of Vodafone Turkey.

Contract Follow-up of VF Turkey companies’ procurement contracts
Insurance Procedure Follow-up
Assurance Procedure Follow-up
Regulation Contracts Follow-up
Daily Correspondences with Official Authorities (except correspondences related to Sales Channels)
Providing support to CM team and Legal department projects,
To inform related departments on notifications and warning letters received and respond upon feedback,
Monitoring up to date regulation and providing daily and prompt legal advice
