Accounting Specialist

YC INOX is an investment with 100% Taiwan capital. The company operates as a stainless steel tube manufacturing and service center with 300 employees.

We are looking for our "Accounting Specialist" teammates to be assigned within our Accounting department.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Conducting accounting procedures in accordance with legislation.
• Running daily accounting operations including to control all payment requests and invoice bookings according to the internal procedures and company rules
• Checking the processes of the balance sheet accounts under his/her responsibility on a monthly basis and eliminating the unexpected differences
• Issuing analyses and summary reports from the journal and side systems related to balance sheet and income statement accounts.
• Supporting the accounting department in all other duties
• Completing and monitoring the all month-end transactions on time

 REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting (international duties preferred).
• Good command of General Accounting and Cost Accounting.
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Expertise in MS Office Applications.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
