• At Least Two Years Experience in similar position is preferable.

İŞ TANIMI

We are looking for “Mechanical and Maintenance Engineer” for pladis Gebze Factory.  A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below;

• Executing the daily maintenance operations in the areas of responsibility according to the Maintenance Procedures.
• Ensure follow-up spare parts and consumables in section on SAP.
• Ensure that all activities in section are in line with Good Manufacturing Practices,Quality Assurance Procedures, food safety and work place safety requirements (calibrations, maintenance records, periodical controls, etc.)
• Executing the maintenance, assembly and revision work.
• Checking the operations regarding his/her unit in assembly and commissioning works of the new plant machines.
• Taking precautions for the works in the department he/she works in to be performed with minimum expense and in minimum time, providing suggestions that will reduce the expenses.
• Ensuring that the staff of the subcontractors from which the company purchased service, acts in line with the principles of the company, and taking the necessary precautions to prevent them from harming fixed or mobile assets and employees of the company.
• Planning and scheduling planned and unplanned activities and also ensure the system is update.
• Create daily maintenance work orders and ensure to carry out all manintenance activities in line with HSE procedures.
• Manage preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance activities in production lines to provide continuous and high performance production.
• Taking actions and making root cause analysis for the breakdowns and repeating defects;
• Diagnosing breakdown problems.
• Eliminate losses and increase machine efficiencies.
