• Bachelor’s degree from Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering and / or Marketing Managementdepartments of universities
• Minumum 2 years of experience in FMCG environment
• A visionary marketing professional with a strong and authentic business sense and the real desire to achieve targets
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Good command of MS Office applications and knowledge of SAP
• Ability to be a team player; needs to develop good relationships with 3rd parties and agencies
• Strong analytical skills, conceptual skills
• Hard-working professional, being able to work under pressure, with high frustration tolerance
• The ability to successfully carry out multiple tasks simultaneously is a must
• Needs to have good interpersonal & influencing skills
• The ambitious position holder should be self-initiative and needs to have passion
• Completed military service for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

• Assist and implement marketing, innovation and communication strategies and marketing plans for the area of responsibility
• Follows the market dynamics and competition with research reports and prepares analysis based on research data. Develops recommendations and action plans accordingly (Nielsen, HTP, BHT, etc…)
• Follows the annual sales & marketing budgets
• Supports the process of product development and packaging
• Manages digital marketing (social media and digital campaigns)
• Responsible from in-store communication and shopper communication of the campaigns
• Coordinates events, sampling activities, promotions and other BTL projects with agencies
• Development of efficient relations with agencies and related 3rd parties to deliver results
