• University degree within Personnel Administration or similar and/or min 3 years of relevant working experience,
• Knowledge of recruitment process and local labour market,
• Ability to understand the specifics of the business and thereby the requirements on a candidate,
• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service focus,
• Excellent interpersonal abilities,
• High personal integrity (Integrity & Trust),
• Quick learner and analytical,
• Fluency English,

İŞ TANIMI

• Support line manager in specification of position,
• Create recruitment adds,
• Support in choice of resourcing media and methodology (i.e. recruitment channels) and test tools, defining the Recruitment time plan,
• Screen Application, conduct interviews, assess candidates,
• Perform the communication with rejected candidates,
• Contribute to an overall successful delivery of HR services to customers as a part of HR Service Centre team,
• Assist in administration of Resourcing activities,
• Exit interviews and administration (for Business partners or Factory Managers),
