GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI
Techniques:
* Process Modeling-Expert Level
* Process Management-Advanced Level
* Project Management-Basic Level
* Change Management- Advanced Level
* IT Systems/Landscapes/Trend-Basic Level
Experience:
* Minimum 3 years of work experience in project and process management in international environment
* Broad knowledge of cross-functional support/infrastructure processes and ability to connect loose ends into streamlined and harmonized results for the benefit of the organization
* Management of process topics in lead factory environment; handling of global interfaces with headquarter and shared service organizations worldwide.
* Previous experience of monitoring performance against KPIs and implementing corrective action where necessary and ensure that best practice is used across the team
* Understanding and proven experience of process mapping and quality techniques
* Ability to coach and develop others
* Strong leadership skills,
* Excellent experience in consulting and project management,
* Knowledge of quality tools and methods (FMEA, Lean, 8D, 6sigma, Pareto, Ishikava, etc.),
* Experience of processes mapping and optimization (preferable as Project Leader)
* Moderation skills for workshops
* Excellent English, German is an asset

For our global functions team, we are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and team oriented individual whose role would be to manage process implementation and continuous improvement of processes in line with the global blueprint and regional strategy. To drive the performance of the office and production operation through process improvements, gap analysis and acting on direct feedback within C2C process. This function has been established to define & manage process improvement initiatives with a cross-functional impact aiming at achieving leaner and efficient organizational processes which will lend a competitive advantage to Siemens Air Insulated Switchgear Community.
What are my responsibilities?
* Develop and strengthen relationships with internal groups such as order management, engineering, product management, purchasing, production and quality control.
* Collaboration and support projects with external groups such as head quarters (global functions and operational excellence), production centers and assembly centers.
* Assist in process improvement through gap analysis, process mapping and lean activity and to then define and implement the improvements across the back office activity.
* Development of process KPIs and system for their monitoring
* Driving of processes optimization from "as is" to "as to be" based on assessment results
* Supporting continuous improvement activities in terms of process and system improvement
