QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION


• University degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry Faculty
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience
• Fluent in English

İŞ TANIMI


• Lead and / or support the R&D activities related to the cost-effective implementation of  Innovation, Renovation, Line Extension and/or Cost Optimizations projects under this position area of responsibility, in line with business, consumer needs and regulations
• Following and understanding new product and technologies
• Technical Management of innovation projects
• Calculating and evaluating cost structure of existing and new products.
• Planning, coordinating & leading lab, pilot plant works of his/her projects.
• Planning, coordinating and implementing  factory trials of new products under his/her responsibility.
• Participating into Market research activities.
• Supporting Portfolio development.
• Following up of innovation budget under his/her responsibility.
•  Participate in cross-functional project teams, taking the lead in guiding the team on formulation & process development activities
• Writing technical reports and compilation of product and process specifications

Preferred Candidate

More than 2 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
