SERVICE TECHNICIAN - ELECTRIFICATIONS

We seek for “SERVICE TECHNICIAN” who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in ABB Electrification Products; Protection & Connection at Dudullu location with below qualifications;

• Vocational degree in electrics  / electronics,
• Intermediate level of written and spoken English,
• Knowledge in MS Office programs,
• Experience in service business,
• Experience in LV projects and LV equipments,
• Team working, technically oriented, analytical, communicate effectively, customer oriented,
• Completed military service for male applicants,
• Having a valid driving license,
• Ability to travel frequently,
• Strong planning, organizational and leadership skills.

İŞ TANIMI

• Perform field service activities including trouble-shooting, commissioning, repairing, maintenance, replacement and retrofit applications,
• Online technical support for customers, sales team and partners,
• Perform site works following service plan according to ABB’s technical, commercial and health & safety standarts,
• Perform trainings to customer at site and at ABB facilities,
• Prepare the service reports and records that are necessary for the quality of service,
• Prepare the tools and equipments that are related to the jobs on the to-do list,
• Provide the maintenance of the service tools and keep the test tools in working condition.
