• University degree in Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical / Electronics Engineering disciplines(MSc-PhD preferred).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the area of functional safety.
• Experience with ISO26262, E-Gas EMS requirements is preferable
• Proficiency with standard office software tools: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capable of working on X-functional activities.
• An engaging, self-motivated personality with a key focus in project success
• Able to work under time and management pressure
• Understands and appreciates the value of team work
• Able to adapt to topics that go well beyond his/her knowledge
• Able to process large volume of data and inputs
• Willing to travel  for development testing for environmental trips.

İŞ TANIMI

• Responsible of development of EMS SW component safety strategy and functional safety policy-lifecycle;
• Development of internal processes aligned to ISO26262 and providing guidance relating to the implementation of the standard to all engineering teams;
• Leading group hazard analysis activities
• Cascade safety requirements to the systems, subsystems, and component levels in product portfolio. Specify detailed safety requirements, including diagnostic and SW requirements;
• Preparing and leading DFMEA and FTA activities;
• Validation activities required to confirm correct implementation of Functional Safety Requirements;
• Performing internal audits to assure compliance to ISO26262;
• Compilation and presentation of Safety Case and Safety Release documentation;
• Holding safety reviews, both with customers and internally
