QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in a related field (business administration, economics, engineering, etc.)
- 2+ years of experience in HR or in HR Consultancy
- Human Resources Management Masters degree is a must or proven Certificate of Professional Competence (on Recruitment)
- Excellent writing and speaking abilities in English
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office Applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Understanding and knowledge of Turkish Labor Law and relevant legislation
- Military service is expected to be completed for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI
- Being responsible for all HR functions (compensation & benefits, performance management, recruitment & selection, career planning, training & development, HR policies & procedures, HR related system development & process improvement, employee engagement activities)
- Being responsible for yearly HR Budget and quarterly forecasts, including preparation, regular monitoring, reporting and assisting top management presentation
- Executing C&B processes like job evaluation, market data analysis, salary proposals, salary increase & bonus payout, establishing and maintaining benefit programs
- Planning, monitoring and implementing performance appraisal process
- Assisting HR Director in talent management and career planning activities
- Executing recruitment process, such as job posting, pre-screening, interviews and other related needs
- Assisting in the on - boarding process and orientation of new employees
- Training analysis and execution based on employee development plans, and measuring effectiveness
- Taking active role in initiating and developing HR processes
- Responsible for the improvement and implementation of HR infrastructure
- Supporting group-wide HR projects
- Creating and updating comprehensive HR policies and procedures
- Managing the social activities and employee engagement activities
