GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI
- University Degree with Electronic, Computer, Telecommunication or Mathematics Engineering
- At least 2 years Presales experience
- Minimum 5 years experience in ICT sector. Preferably in system integrator or vendor.
- Very good technical knowledge (Network, Security, Datacenter Technologies)
- Related Cisco , Microsoft , HP , Dell , Vmware , EMC , NetAPP , IBM , Checkpoint , Fortinet, Juniper certifications are plus.
- Military service completed (for male candidates)
- Very good command of English
- Excellent interpersonal relationship building skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to understand and capture business and technical requirements
- Driving license (B class)
İŞ TANIMI
- Act as a design authority to VF Turkey’s enterprise customers’ cloud, colocation and other value added datacenter services.
- Ensure customer requirements are satisfied with a valid technical design using existing VF product lines or via partner ecosystem.
- Position requires broad and deep knowledge of hardware and software products within the following technology areas and manufacturers. Multi-vendor expertise and experience is highly desired, particularly with two or more of the OEMs listed within each of the following technical areas:
- Developing and managing partner ecosystem to deliver datacenter/application migration or management process.
- Creating IT Architecture model that provides a timely response to strategic business requirements of customers.
- Making R&D activities and running PoCs to choose the best technologies that is cost-effective, accordance with the standards.
- Creating presentations and demonstrations that summarise the simple technical and business benefits of the solution .
- Work with Account Managers to generate lead for related Corporate Sagments.
- Contribute to VF Sales and Marketing strategies for corporate customer segment to ensure VF Turkey realizes its ambitions for the short-mid and long term.
- Work with VAS&Cloud Product Management and Marketing to help define/refine sales messages and ensure sales packages are developed and messages communicated to sales team.
- Identify and address customers critical technical issues (escalations) and non-technical issues, and coordinate necessary support activities.
