For our multinational client in automotive industry, we are currently looking for a “Human Resources Director” who ideally has / is :

• University degree in related fields, master’s degree will be plus
• Minimum 10 years of experience in all functions of HR,
• Fluency in both written and spoken English,
• Excellent communication skills,
• Proficiency in MS Office applications,
• Result oriented personality with strong planning and analytical skills,
• Residing or able to reside in Eskişehir.

• Leading HR functions, strategic HR planning, organization design & integration, staffing, compensation planning, manager coaching, training, employee development, talent management, succession planning, and performance management,
• Implementing HR policies, practices and procedures for managers, teams and individual employees that further the mission, values and strategic vision of the business,
• Building a strong network with industry counterparts to monitor market trends, best practices, talent pool and generate insights
• Creating a productive and engaging workplace by focusing on employee engagement and taking proactive steps towards the same,
• Managing team to ensure efficient deployment, capability development,  engagement of employees and EVP Initiatives,
• Building a strong network with industry counterparts to monitor market trends, best practices, talent pool and generate insights,
• Handling of blue collar employees and working knowledge of employee compliance and labor laws of Turkey
