• University Graduated,
• Minimum 2-3 years of purchasing experience preferably in Pharmaceutical, Chemistry,
• Excellent command of verbal and written English,
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications and SAP MM Module,
• Strong analytical and excellent negotiation skills, interpersonal & communication skills,
• Able to communicate well with third parties; customs broker, suppliers etc.
• Willing to take a new responsibilities/tasks and gain critical experiences,
• Being a strong team player,
• Result oriented, self-confident, open minded,
• No obstacles for international and local travelling,
• Completed military service for male applicants,
• Having a valid driving license,
• Preferably resident in İstanbul European side.

İŞ TANIMI

• To take full ownership and responsibility for negotiation & purchasing of direct materials (Packaging, Excipients, APIs)
• Responsible for order placement with correct price and required delivery times& order follow up & shipment follow up & supply on time both for imported and local materials/finished goods according to Global Procurement and Local Procurement procedures.
• Execute and manage all shipments of materials supplied in Incoterms basis through excellent information flow between suppliers/third part transport companies/ planning/ customs responsible specialist.
• Execute process to solve issues related with dispatch notes and invoices.
• Execute process for return of rejected materials and ensure the correct ones to be delivered on time / also maintain any documentation & system revisions required.
• Tracking and reporting film artwork design revision and ensuring suppliers commitments & lead times confirmed & agreed. Daily follow-up of orders, shipments based on system. Checking daily shipment list of suppliers, raise and solve issues if any.
• Follow up contract manufacturer ordering processes for finished goods.
• Follow up all changing control process/alternate source validation.
• To evaluate suppliers on cost, quality, service, availability, risk and reliability.
• Being able to search for alternative suppliers, arrange meetings, attend exhibitions and conferences.
• Improving the purchasing cycle in most effective ways based on the corporate guidelines.
• Establishing strong relations with suppliers and improving the suppliers’ service quality (foreign and domestic suppliers).
• Structuring and managing contracts (Experience in this area is an asset).
• Preparing related reports for local management & headquarter.
