Qualifications
 

• University degree in Industrial Engineering,
• At least one year of experience in Planning Departments,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Result-oriented, flexible to work within a dynamic environment,
• Team-player with effective interpersonal and communication skills,
• Fluent in English both verbally and written, 
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Applications; especially in Excel. Access knowledge is a plus,
• Military Service must be completed for male candidates,
• Residence at Anatolian side is a must.

İŞ TANIMI

• Ensure 100% product availability with optimum inventory level. Close follow up on daily trend changes for every item in order to have the timely action for excess and/or additional supply,
• Report out of stock risk of the campaign and give the details for the risky items of the campaign with the alternative plans with strong collaboration with regional supply chain, category and planning teams.
• Effective management of product master data. Management of new/old code changes, versions, etc. effectively and on time,
• Follow up, update, get action and report the main operational key performance indicators on the daily/campaignly/montly/yearly basis,
• Maintain the stock levels, order fill rate, units fill rate and out of stock ratio inline with the campaignly/montly/yearly targets,
• Manage the excess inventory for each of the item group and look for alternative methods to get rid of excess in coordination with marketing, incentive and excess planning teams to make the further plans.
• Identify and contribute to the continuous improvement opportunities in relation with planning processes and systems. Analysis and development of process within the team.
