İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Executive with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reportingto Fİnancial Planning and Analysis Sn.Manager of Vodafone Turkey.

Overall responsibility of the whole company operation expenses and responsible for financially supporting to the overall strategic direction and decision making processes for Operating Expenses of Payroll & People related costs by providing value added finance input. This role is the key linkage for Finance into the business and will both support and challenge the business to set and deliver challenging operating and financial plans.

Drive and support the achievement of business plans and forecasts for Operating expenditures
Collect investment and financial plans (budget requirements) of internal clients' to prepare consolidated budget of respective departments as part of the Budget Planning process
Perform the review of Operating expenditures forecasting and the clear presentation to the decision makers in detail ensuring completeness, timeliness, and accuracy
Work with Financial Decision Support Teams to ensure all key planning deliverables are achieved and the overall plan for the business is cohesive
Design, communicate, deliver and get approval for consolidated and synchronized budget and outlooks including high level and detailed short-term and mid-term budgets and Long Range Plan
Analyse and challenge respective OPEX targets, budgets, forecasts, spending performance, etc and translate into guidance for Senior Management for budget negotiations
Work with stakeholders (FDS and business teams) to create high quality forecast and budgets as required. Take initiatives where necessary to make decisions.
Business partner of HR reward / payroll team
Assist coordinating Group/OpCo based cost reduction & benchmarking analysis
