Product Development Engineer

• Bachelors Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering / MSc in Polymer Technology or similar.
• Having PhD is an advantage
• Excellent command of English and Turkish in both speaking and writing
• 3 to 5 years of experience on paint, ink, coating or adhesives technologies in related position
• Experince on formulation development, product modification, trouble shooting, testing products on both physical and mechanical properties preferably automotive standards.
• Hands on experience in product development specifically in the area of pvc resins, epoxy resins and rubber chemistry.
• Experience with blending compounding for calendering process
• Familiarity with automotive paintshop, bodyshop and assemblyshop adhesive applications and products
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Good interpersonal relations skills and excellent team player
• Result oriented and self-motivating
• Good project management skills and flexible for travelling
• Applicants must have valid driving license
• For male candidates, military service should be completed

İŞ TANIMI

• Taking responsibility for product development  and the demonstrations of the automotive sealing and coating product portfolio
• Make customer visits personally and with sales team to support and train technically
• Focusing on new and running projects
• Assuring that project management is in line with project targets and time schedule
• Coordinating international and local key stakeholders regarding projects
• Making analytical measurement with customer samples at the internal/external laboratory
• Working on Research & Development Projects
