• Provide quality support service and manage administrative aspects for the quality & risk function
• Follow up, document and update quality & risk management related documents, files, folders and other related data & information
• Schedule meetings, events, interviews, appointments, and/or other similar activities related to quality & risk processes
• Establish, maintain, and update files, databases, records, and/or other documents as determined by quality & risk standards and practices
• Work with the Quality & Risk Leader to develop, improve and revise the related processes and document templates
• Corporate, follow up and provide support to the project managers to ensure quality & risk processes and documentations are complete and up to date
