Stock Management Specialist

UNILEVER

• University degree preferably in Engineering, Economics or Business Administration
• Sufficient operations knowledge in the area of Customer service and Customer’s operational practices
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM(Customer relationships management) tools
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially in Excel
• Fluent in English
• Preferably no military obligation for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

• Create delivery notes for orders validated and allocate stock with considering defined rules
• Follow up allocations and quotas
• Prepare and share Daily Order Confirmation report
• Daily communication and information sharing with Customer Facing and Planning Teams
• Management of relaunches and delistings on the deliveries, with close cooperation with Customer Facing and Planning teams
• Support proactive stock management decisions with analyses from tools
• Be prone to use different tools & create new reports
• Assign proper reason codes for late deliveries
