For our Strategy and Business Development group in Kartal which stands for management consulting activities for the Executive Management and the Divisions of the Company  in overcoming challenges of the divisions, business units and the company as a whole, we are looking for a Consultant who will we be reporting to Director of Strategy and Business Development.

The role is working internally with the CEO and CFO, Executive Board, Division Leads, Business Unit Managers, Business Development Partners in Divisions and Corporate Functions, Key Experts in the company, Managers and Consultants at Siemens Headquarters and externally with Market Research Companies, Public Organizations, Non-Governmental Organizations, e.g. TÜSİAD, YASED.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• Min 7 years of work experience in different functions like Project Management, Sales or Business Development in Siemens related markets. 
• Management consultancy experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, MBA/ MS degree in Management is a plus.
• Innovative, strategic judgment, clear thinker, change oriented, strong communication skills, analytics, result& quality oriented.
• Advanced level of English (both written and spoken), German is a plus.

What are my responsibilities?

• Consultancy support to different divisions including market, competitor, customer analysis and business development projects.
• Consultancy services to executive management in the area of corporate restructuring, local value added, and decision making support.
• Research and analysis of external reports to provide market foresight, forecasting studies to enhance market knowledge, coordination between headquarters and local divisions.
• Management of the Strategic Planning and Control process.
• Follow-up, support and reporting of Corporate Strategic Initiatives.
• Coordination of M&A projects.
