Jr. Category Manager

We are looking for a “Jr. Category Manager”, who will be responsible for our Laundry Business Unit and take a place within our Trade Marketing Team. The ideal candidate is expected to have;

•Graduate degree from a reputable university in Business Administration, Economics or a related field with successful academic record
•Minimum 2 years of professional experience in FMCG business, preferably within Sales function
•Category management experience is be preferred
•Self-confident, strong analytical as well interpersonal skills, capable of managing stress 
•Excellent communication and negotiation skills
•Good oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively
•Advanced user of MS Office applications
 

İŞ TANIMI

The Jr Category Manager will be accountable for;

•Analyse Nielsen Market share data and compare the Channel development according to the market figures
•Identify development areas among the brands in order to increase the Channel efficiency 
•Work hand-in-hand with the Trade Marketing Executives to ensure effective execution 
•Take place in regional projects when/if necessary for the global category management processes
•Analyse customer satisfaction survey, and develop thorough understanding for the client needs via following changing customer habits
•Prepare Team to Team meeting presentations
•Support e-commerce business, prepare brand visuals and explanations
