İŞ TANIMI

• Management of represented customer innovation projects in the product creation process
• Management of cross-functional across-sites project teams
• Project planning, including the implementation of cost, revenue and time planning
• Project organization, including project documentation, as well as preparing, moderating and recording of regular project reviews
• Responsibility for analysis of plan variations in project execution as well as establishment and initiation of countermeasures
• Strait and escalation management in the product creation process
• Tracking the project progress based on the KPIs
• Responsibility for reporting and presenting the project progress
• Responsibility for compliance with the project objectives, and the project cost center
• Organization and implementation of Lessons Learned and observance for prospective projects
• Central interface to the customer as well as internal areas within the Poppe-Veritas Group
