• Educated to degree level in appropriate discipline (Fashion Design)
• Fluent in English
• Minimum 5 years of experience of customer research, technical design knowledge and skill in accessories&shoes design
• Able to use Adobe Illustrator and  Photoshop program on expert level
• Flair, creativity, commerciality, and acute fashion awareness  
• Able to collect appropriate data, make observations and to implement  trend research when building collections
• Can prepare trend researches in line with target customer groups in story-board formats, by using creative skills
• Knows the appropriate technical qualities of techniques used for accessories&shoes
• Can suggest material qualities according to the retail price that is identified when deciding on the material qualities (shoe making techniques)
• Ability to work with international creative teams
• Open to frequent travel

• To understand and to make researches about target customer groups’ expectations and following fashion  trends and to produce products accordingly
•  To analyze the best-selling core basic styles of previous seasons both in our company and in competitors; to update core basics in line with trends.
• To ensure that technical documents are prepared with accurate information when they are first composed.
